In my work with teams, nothing leaves me more energized than spending in-person time with an incredible group of leaders. That was my experience recently when I facilitated the first DaySmart Leadership Summit.

Over the course of the day, the team:

  • Celebrated the success of the business to date and got excited by what’s ahead.
  • Spent time on their personal development by exploring the Leadership Circle Profile self-assessment.
  • Learned about the critical concepts of psychological safety from Jill Hauwiller, MA, and discussed what it meant to and for them.
  • Leveraged the Groves SPOT process to identify the opportunities for business impact.
Cheers to you Daysmart |110 West Group |Cynthia Farrell

The team was engaged, focused, energetic, and open—the best type of group to facilitate and all characteristics that lead to the greatest impacts from the work.

Ending the day at TopGolf was the perfect close.

Many thanks to Patrick Shanahan, John Agostino, Cristi Tobelmann, and Jason Kirk for sharing the Executive Team’s insights and action commitments on the LCP and Psych Safety, and to the entire Executive Team (those above + Rachel Graham, Mike Kenney, MBA, Sean Thomas, and Matt Pegler) for leading by example. It is a joy and honor to work with your team.

And Jill, so amazing to share this experience with you! What a gift!
