That was the feedback I got the other day from a PE/VC leader whom I know well and deeply respect.
I’d asked for his reactions to and feedback on The Compass Team Experience, my signature program to build and sustain cohesion, trust, and enhanced leadership capability on leadership teams in high-growth companies.
