A Retreat for Women in Senior HR Roles
You're the conscience of your company.
You safeguard the business AND the people—often without
acknowledgment for either.
You carry weight in ways few others see.
Our Intention
Create a space to reconnect—to yourself, to peers who share the same challenges,
and to why you chose this work—so you return refreshed and renewed.
Three Reconnections
Reconnect to Yourself
Be taken care of. Receive.
You have permission to set it all down and
be present for yourself.
Reconnect to Your Peers
Say what you can't say anywhere
else. Get perspective from other
women who truly understand.
Reconnect to Your "Why"
Remember what drew you to
the work. Find what sustains you
when it feels thankless and lonely.
This Retreat is for You If…
- You’re the one everyone comes to — and you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be on the receiving end.
- You’re exhausted in ways that are hard to explain to people who don’t sit in your seat.
- You’ve started to wonder if you’re still doing this work because you love it, or just because you’re good at it.
- You protect the business and the people — and sometimes you’re not sure anyone notices either.
- You need to have conversations you can’t have with anyone at your company, and you’re not sure where to have them.
- You’re craving connection with peers who actually understand the weight — not just the title.
- You’ve thought about what “renewal” might look like, but you haven’t given yourself permission to pursue it.
- You’re good at being strong for your company and your people. You’re craving a safe space where you don’t need to be strong, and can share without judgement.

We’ve both been there. We’ve sat in those rooms, made those calls, held those tensions.

Questions You Might Have
“I should be able to figure this out myself — I literally do this for other people.”
You probably can figure it out yourself. But that doesn’t mean you should have to. You’ve spent your career creating space for other people to reflect, get perspective, and grow. This is that — for you. And there’s something different about doing it alongside women who sit in the same seat. They see things you can’t see on your own. Not because you’re not capable, but because you’re too close.
“I can’t take 4 days away — things will fall apart.”
They probably won’t. And if they might — that’s worth paying attention to. Four days is not a long time, but it’s long enough to actually settle in, exhale, and come back with something real. If stepping away for four days feels impossible, that might be the clearest sign you need to.
“Is this just self-care, or will I actually grow professionally?”
It’s not a spa weekend. But it’s also not a 360 or a leadership curriculum. The growth comes through honest peer conversation, 1:1 coaching, and the kind of reflection that only happens when you finally have space for it. You’ll leave with perspective on real challenges you’re facing — and a network of women you can actually call when you need a thought partner.
Asking Your Company to Sponsor Your Attendance?
Here’s the case: This retreat is a leadership development investment in one of your most senior people. It combines 1:1 coaching, peer learning with other senior HR leaders, and dedicated space for strategic reflection — the kind of development that’s hard to access in a typical conference or program.
For companies investing in the retention and growth of senior HR talent, this is a high-touch, low-lift way to demonstrate commitment to a leader who spends most of her time developing everyone else.
